Dear Mr. Valenti,

     I would like to tell you how pleased I was with my latest house purchase experience. I am quite sure that this difficult purchase was made much easier because of my Realtor, Dan Lightfoot.

     This house purchase was very unusual from the beginning. I was not purchasing the home for myself. The house purchase was for my Daughter in Law and my two grandchildren. This purchase involved getting a bond loan for first time homeowners and as it turned out was quite complicated. I was involved in the purchase as a co-signer for the loan. The bond company and mortgage company made demands on me that were very time consuming and upsetting, but we made it.

     I wanted to tell you that through all this process from picking out the house to signing of the final papers Dan took excellent care of us. I had to call him many times during this process because of problems that came up and it did not matter when I called he always took the time and had the attitude that I mattered and he would solve the problem with me. I have bought and sold several houses over the years and I have found the process quite distasteful. In fact, most of the time I finish the sale never wanting to see another Realtor or Mortgage broker ever again. I cannot say that this sale was without problems, as any house purchase or sale is, but I did want to say that Dan took the distastefull part of the process out of it by being there with you no matter what was happening. I have never had a realtor put that much energy into me. He also took special care of my Daughter in Law by delivering papers to her work or setting up times that did not interfere with her work schedule. My Daughter in Law did not lose pay, which was important since she is the sole support of he family.

     I wanted to express to you how much I enjoyed working with Dan and I told him that if any one wants a Realtor I would certainly refer them to Dan before anyone else. I am sure that this house sale was not one of Dan's moneymakers but that did not seem to matter. If he treats all his clients like he treated us you can be sure his business will grow and Coldwell Banker's reputation will glow.
